VOLUNTEER

9

Volunteerism is truly an American value. The reasons people volunteer may vary. It can be to help others or even to benefit themselves. Today you may can help others while tomorrow you may become the recipient of someone’s else’s efforts. Volunteering can give you a sense of fulfillment as well as being a positive and productive way to spend time.

We understand that we all live in a busy world. Volunteer as much or as little as you like. Volunteer opportunities include; office work, fundraising, mentoring in AODA Circles, helping with registration at VIP, speaking opportunities, making posters and discussion boards. Restorative Justice also has a web site and Facebook page that need updated. Just about everything you can think of. Volunteers are not only welcome but needed. The services provided are often time intensive. Stop in and check out the many volunteer options available. Better yet come with some ideas of your own. Your time and efforts will be greatly appreciated.
